“ROLLING THUNDER” is a commissioned bronze based on the movie ‘The Man From Snowy River”. The scene of Tom Burlinson galloping down a steep incline went down in movie history as one of the most famous horse chase scenes. Burlinson’s character Jim Craig, is part of a gang of wranglers, riding horseback and chasing stampeding brumbies with the goal of recovering a valuable colt who has joined the herd. When the other riders pull up to the edge of the cliff stopping to watch the brumbies jump off the rocky ledge, Jim Craig doesn’t break stride as he follows them off the cliff.
